In event of blood spill,please open the kit box, wear the nitrile gloves & mask , spread the absorbent 400x granules evenly over the spill and wait for few seconds till the liquid gets absorbed & granules turn into a gel form, now collect the gel granules in yellow bag with the help of scoop & dispose as per local BMW rules, Remove the gloves & disinfect your hands with disinfectant 

In event of mercary spill, Please open the kit box and ear nitrile gloves and eye goggles m mercury spill scatters in form of small balls, please use the syringe to collect the maximum no. of balls from the floor and collect them one by one , carefully and collect in the bottle provided for the purpose , then on left over area spread the absorbent powder and collect the remaining mercury along with powder with the scoop , dispose the waste bottle & used items in yellow bags , use disinfectant  & cotton to clean the surface and your hands.
